Beautiful and meaningful funerals for the ones
we love

    The Rose and The Lily Funeral Wares is owned and operated by Evelyn Jones and Julie Ward who are two artists living and working in the beautiful Tweed Valley in northern N.S.W. Australia.

Having both lost a parent in recent years Evelyn and Julie have both experienced first hand the pain of losing a loved one. As artists they honoured their respective parents in the best way they knew how and that is with art. Julie did an oil painting depicting her father's favourite pastime - fishing, while Evelyn painted her mother's coffin with elements of the family crest and an image of an angel.

     From these endings came a beginning - an idea was formed and Evelyn and Julie came together to create The Rose and The Lily Funeral Wares with a view to helping others to make their loved one's funeral special and to use
